Description: A pale, slightly sweet, refreshing beer. Lightly hopped.
Malts: Pilsner malt, rice and maize
Mash temperature: 67°C
Hopping: 18 – 20 IBU, Magnum and Saaz
Recommended yeast: Safale US-05, Saflager W-34/70, or S-189
Modifications: Dry hop with Citra at 1 gram per litre to enhance lemony character.
