Mexican Cerveza

Description: A pale, slightly sweet, refreshing beer. Lightly hopped. Lemony character comes from the rice.

Malts: Pilsner malt, rice and maize

Mash temperature: 66°C

Hopping: 18 – 20 IBU, Magnum and Saaz

Recommended yeast: Safale US-05, Saflager W-34/70, or S-189

Modifications: Dry hop with Citra, or Lemon Drop at 1 -2 grams per litre to enhance lemony character.
